Well here they are, in all their digital glory!
CREATIVE COMMUNICATIONS

PENSION
GREAT SYSTEMS
PROGRAM PANTHEON
These pillars capture how the total rewards disciplines work together.
Beginning with wellness - also known as "preventative benefits" - the image continues into benefit plans and compensation. Finally, pension plans - "deferred compensation" - aim to address life after work.

The success of total rewards is dependent on great systems - the underpinning of these programs - but equally valuable are creative communications which make these programs accessible to participants.

I have considerable experience in - and a great affinity for - each and every one of these facets!

DEPTH OF EXPERTISE
For 25+ years, my exposure to all aspects of pension plans includes administration and communication, committee reporting (secretary and SME), overseeing fund managers, valuations and A/L studies, and plan text amendments and policy overhauls.

I've been fortunate to have dived deeply into each of discipline in total rewards.
Deep knowledge of programs, providing expert committee guidance,
risk mitigation, quality executive summaries and impactful reporting.
BREADTH OF EXPERIENCE
While learning about the various disciplines in total rewards, I have also programmed systems (Excel, Workday) and developed engaging communication and education materials, including dozens of videos, to help participants understand their benefits.

The best total rewards systems do not spend the most money; they raise the perception of value through intuitive system interfaces and attractive, meaningful communications.
Experienced project manager, with exceptional organizational and
time-management skills, overseeing projects from start to finish.
FUTURE MINDSET
Being future-ready means to understand trends as they happen, to not settle for mere data analyses but to push for predictive analytics, sculpting compelling stories from blocks of raw data.

Systems and communications are vital to ensuring success in total rewards, and while these are ever-evolving disciplines in their own rite, leveraging them should not be left out of the total rewards expert's skillset.
Genuine people-leader, empowering employees to achieve their very best, growing leaders on the people-management track, advocating for growth.
