Well my friends, Total Rewards Chef is about to hit bookshelves around the world.

And by "around the world" I mean it'll be published on Amazon.

We're starting with paperback and hard cover versions first. An e-book will likely follow, but this is the kind of book you'll want to hold in your hands because . . . well, you'll see.

Who is this book for?

If you've ever wondered WHY you get WHAT you get, then this book is for you.

If you work in total rewards but are inundated with HOW to do WHAT needs doing and WHERE and WHEN to do it - but rarely get a chance to unpack WHY you're doing it - then this book is for you.

... that potential readers quickly realize this is not your average, boring ol' business fable, but an accessible story illustrating total rewards told in the style of a graphic novel.

... that the book gets a wide release and garners plenty of attention from employees, companies, consulting firms and insurance providers alike.

... that readers who "get it" will publish a positive review on Amazon to pump up the algorithm; we're talking folks in the total rewards industry and those NOT in the total rewards industry - anyone who gleans from this book good insights about their own comp, pension and benefits.

... that it builds a buzz and causes a groundswell where employees and employers alike better understand these core company-sponsored programs, resulting in wiser and more effective programs.
